रिफंड और रद्दीकरण नीति
- भौतिक उत्पाद:
- यदि आपको क्षतिग्रस्त, दोषपूर्ण या गलत उत्पाद प्राप्त होता है, तो आपको डिलीवरी के 7 दिनों के भीतर हमें सूचित करना होगा।
- लौटाए गए आइटम अपनी मूल पैकेजिंग में और उपयोग न की गई स्थिति में होने चाहिए।
- लौटाए गए आइटम प्राप्त होने के बाद 7-10 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर रिफंड प्रोसेस किया जाएगा।
- सेवाएं और ज्योतिष परामर्श:
- निर्धारित अपॉइंटमेंट से कम से कम 24 घंटे पहले किए गए रद्दीकरण पर पूरा रिफंड दिया जाएगा।
- निर्धारित समय के 24 घंटे के भीतर रद्द करने पर कोई रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।
- यदि कोई पंडित या ज्योतिषी निर्धारित सत्र में शामिल नहीं होता है, तो पूरा रिफंड या सत्र का पुनः निर्धारण किया जाएगा।
- डिजिटल रिपोर्ट (कुंडली/अंक ज्योतिष):
- एक बार रिपोर्ट जनरेट होकर आपको भेज दी जाने के बाद, इसे वापस नहीं किया जा सकता है।
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Physical Products:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Services & Astrology Consultations:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
- If a Pandit or Astrologer fails to attend the scheduled session, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided.
- Digital Reports (Kundali/Numerology):
- Once a report is generated and sent to you, it is non-refundable.
