By using this website, purchasing our products, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated on this page. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not use PanditVerse.
1. General Terminology
- "Platform", "we", "our", and "us" refer to PanditVerse.
- "User", "you", and "your" refer to any person using our website, including customers purchasing products and Yajmans (clients) booking services.
- "Pandit/Astrologer" refers to verified professionals providing their services through our platform.
2. E-Commerce Store (Products)
- Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions of all sacred and energized materials (such as Rudraksha, Yantras, and Puja items) are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are completely error-free.
- Pricing and Payment: Prices of all products may be changed without prior notice. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order.
- Energized Products: Products marked as "Energized" are consecrated through traditional Vedic mantras and rituals before being dispatched to you.
3. Service Bookings (Puja, Rituals, Astrology)
- Service Fulfillment: PanditVerse acts as a bridge between users and verified Pandits/Astrologers. While we make reasonable efforts to verify the authenticity of professionals listed on our platform, the performance of rituals and spiritual outcomes depend entirely on individual faith and traditional practices.
- Consultations: Astrology, numerology, and matchmaking consultations are based on Vedic principles. These services are intended only for guidance and spiritual enrichment and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
4. Responsibilities of Pandits and Astrologers
- Professionals registering on PanditVerse as a "Pandit" or "Astrologer" must provide accurate information regarding their qualifications and must comply with the ethical guidelines of the platform.
- If any professional is found to be involved in fraudulent activities or providing misleading guarantees, they may be immediately removed from the platform.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Products: Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Used or tampered items will not be eligible for a refund.
- Services and Consultations:
- Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled Puja or consultation.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time or after the service has been provided.
- Digital reports (such as Kundli or Numerology reports) are non-refundable once they have been generated and delivered to your email or WhatsApp.
6. Disclaimer
All astrological predictions, matchmaking results, and spiritual rituals provided through PanditVerse are based on ancient Vedic texts and traditional practices. We do not provide any guarantee or assurance regarding the physical, financial, emotional, or other outcomes of these services or energized products. Users are advised to exercise their own judgment and discretion.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Champawat, Uttarakhand, India.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
